I think so, Ford.
Windows only. Feh.
Hrm... didn't notice that. Sorry.
And it doesn't like chrome or w2k either.
It did say a linux version was coming soon.
I still like tetris a lot.
So when you get to level 11, it's really fast and I can't break 17,000 point or so.
But I had this neat idea today: what's the lowest score you can get when you lose?
So far my lowest is 52, andit's somewhat dependant on the pieces that come out, but so is the game when played as intended.
For a slight variation, what's the lowest score you can get in tetris while having a contiguous link of pieces that at some point touch each side wall.
My best so far is 72.
I don't know if anybody else ever noticed this, but The initials as DNF. As in did not finish.
For anyone who likes First Person Shooter games:
I recently started playing Combat Arms (NEXON Gaming) and it's very addicting, even though the community is less-than accomodating to newbies (they call them r00kiez).
If you're interested you can usually find me in Alpha server, Channel 5,7 or 8. username: skpacman
I've found that's the case with most online FPS games. They're all completely worthless to the casual gamer.
engine. If you stay away from the clan
servers, people tend to be nicer. BZflag
also seems to have more pleasant players too.
Wed Sep 09 2009 01:10:54 PM EDT from Harbard @ UncensoredTry OpenArena. It's based on the Quake3
I love OpenArena. It's much more interesting than quake ever was... more customizable, better (smoother) gameplay and better looking characters/maps.. the only thing is the 3d engine does not like my graphics card very well so it freezes every now-and then and causes a graphics lock-up.. that's why i've stopped playing OpenArena for now.. until i can figure out what's wrong with it..
