Maybe it's time for a vacation?
Shazam: I remember the crazy kitty... Sticky :)
gosh was she cute :)
Then I woke up in a start thinking my husband needs something then I realized I'd fallen asleep in Adina's bed so I got up and went back to my bed and woke him up to ask what he wanted but he didn't know what I was talking about so I just went back to sleep.
okay, some of the dorms at bar ilan had "holes" in the middle that were garden-like. and we had mice, not rats.
camels - well, hey, it's Israel right.
As for the snow... you've been watching Ice Age again, haven't you?!
college dreams are very common. skipping class, forgetting to bring your books...
no, that's just you.
college dreams are very common. skipping class, forgetting to bring
...suddenly realizing you enrolled in a class and never attended.
Which makes me think really I am dreaming about Israel after all. Remember triL? I used to be a math major and I actually failed out. I think in two years of utter frustration the only class I passed was phys ed.
You know, I remember you having those dreams and telling me about them, how they want you to come back and finish 8th grade. Heh. Glad that's stopped for ya.
hey shazam, that's cool that you remember...
Anyway, you failed math because of the hebrew. you took too much on yourself at once.
I remember feeling frustrated for you - because you were smart enough, but between the math being darn near impossible, the number of courses, and the fact that your hebrew wasn't good enough for it, it was torture. Jen didn't get why I thought that you should study english literature - I just wanted to see you succeed at something - and it would have been easy for you...
oh well, time.. changes everything... eh?
I still have a lot of those dreams about missing classes in college and being worried about making them up. The worst part of it is that I never really know just how many classes I missed, so I don't know how much I have to make up nor do I know if I've failed the class already because I've missed so many classes.
I also dream of being in high school and i have to get to class, but I don't know what time it is. Since I don't know the time, I don't know which class I should be in. I am not wearing a watch and every time I try to peek into a classroom to try to see the clock, something is always blocking it, or else I see that it's some ridiculous hour, which indicates the clock must have stopped at some point.
Usually I'd insert my paragraphs comment, but instead I'll just quietly move along.
