Well the main reason I wouldn't want to apply is because I fear #3. I am still curious enough to apply to see if they really would consider me a big enough freak...
If they really do end up using my class, I'd be curious to see who does end up on it.
No wonder I rarely bother with television anymore.
But you're probably thinking of I Love Lucy.

I use to think it was the bridge between sesame street watching and real TV.
One day I'll watch the Muppet Show.
I just bought a collection of classic Sesame Street episodes. I will have to force my niece and nephew to watch TV with me so I can justify watching them.
BTW, I ended up applying for for that show just to see what would happen. I checked out TWOP and found that the show is very matchmaking oriented. I also had to send in photos. I never heard from them again, so I drew the conclusion that I'm a. Married and B. Not pretty enough so I wouldn't make good TV fodder.
The Day of Barney, to qualify Barney the Dinosaur's true nature.
I skimmed that. Oh my god. it's hilarious and... bizarre.
personally, I think Barney is a phallic symbol preparing children to be molested...
I read that bit years ago, when it was on the Usenet (I think). It's surprisingly well-written.
