And once Vader was on Bespin, he might have decided to stick his nose in and leave a division to take it over anyway.

But...he didn't have much of a nose to stick in, behind that mask...which also had no nose.

Oh dear. I haven't seen the "updated" ROTJ with whatsisname in it instead of Sebastian Shaw. I'm wondering now what Luke saw when he took Vader's helmet off... or rather what the audience now sees.

They left Shaw in the scene where Luke removes his helmet.

Nope, just the voice. Too bad it wasn't still David Prowse in the armor in Revenge of the Sith.

And then a few weeks back I borrowed Clockwork Orange from the library, and damn, there's David Prowse playing the old man's bodyguard. Looked like a geek's head transplanted on a bodybuilder's torso. Not a bad combination.

I was watching jedi a few nights ago and I realized what a dim person lucas must be.

I listened to a little bit of the commentary from one of the movies where he says he originall wrote a huge story and it had to be cut into parts becaues it would never fit in one movie.
But he wanted to have a bit climactic ending, so he put the blowing up the death star in the first movie when really it was intended to be later in the larger story.

Well, then here comes jedi. First movie we blew up a death star.
Second movie didn't do anything, left everybody on a down note
.

Let's see, what can we do in the third movie?
I know, let's blow up another death star.

And while we're at it, although that model of a half-completed death star was cool, it is insanely impracticle.
Now I realize star wars fans far greater than me must have dissected this a millions time before me, but I just realized it the other day so I thought I'd mention it.

I wonder what it would have sounded like, had the playback been in the same key as what she was playing.

Ford: Of course the Death Star is impractical! That's what made it so fun to blow up!

Nobody wants to see an X-wing fighter fire a proton torpedo at the International Space Station.

Well, ok, there might be a few people who'd like to see that.

Where are the engines on the Death Star?  I can't ever figure out how that thing moves around.  The amount of energy would be incredible.

Wow, that makes sense....they can do all this but vader still needs to live in a mechanical armored hell of a body suit.

YOu can send a man to alderon.....
