And the perfect-win record is now over...giving the Pats at least a chance. wooha!
I don't see how it really gives the Pats any more or less of a chance than they'd have had otherwise.
It's a tough call for me. On the one hand, I hate the Colts, so I'm happy that they lost... On the other hand I hate the Dolphins even more than the Colts, so I would have liked to see somebody beat their record just to shut up all the old guys from their perfect season.
Subject: Re: Rosebowl - USC vs. UT
That was a damn good game. And close all the way.
To be fair; UT's second touchdown play really shouldn't have been allowed. But I have to
agree with the announcers on this one. When it was clear the officials in the booth were not
going to stop play and request a review, USC should have called time-out and requested a
play review. Since they did not, they formally indicated that they accept the ruling on the field.
That could possibly have changed the result but they played it as they chose. Even though,
that was a really good game played by the Best 'o the Best in college football on both sides.

Leinart and Young are both great college football quarterbacks. If they
can, they should enjoy the opportunity in college as much as they can.
Nothing is ever certain in the pros..
Actually, a great deal of guarenteed money is at stake. They are BOTH likely top 5 picks in this draft. If Young stays another year at Texas, there is no guarantee that he doesn't suffer a career-ending injury...If you can go top 5 in the draft, that pretty much should dictate your decision right there.
What team do you root for, aahz?
And have you been getting any fund-raising mail from the Baseball Hall of Fame? I'm sick of it by now.
Plus the NL game is better.
Iranian police prevent women from watching football match.
Funny - here you sometimes need the police to drag a woman TO a football match.
<GRIN> Just kidding. couldn't resist.
