for Clinton, for whom liberal ideology is merely a means to an end, the

end being the amassment of wealth and power for herself.

And if you think that's any different from Trump, I've got a bankrupt casino I can sell you.

Viable SECOND party.  We have a one party system now, two wings, same bird of prey.

How long, again, has it been since he actually owned those casinos?

Four bankruptcies compared to how many successes?

Still better than the 100% failure rate of Clinton.

Let me rephrase: if you think Trump is any less about amassment of wealth and power for himself, I've got a bridge I can sell you.

You haven't been paying attention then. We don't want a bridge; we want a wall.

If you actually think that Trump or that the government would build a wall you are a bigger fool than I thought.
If you think a wall would stop people from illegally entering this country you are illogical.

And yet, "Trump might not accomplish everything he says he wants to" is still a zillion percent better than anyone else who is or was running this year, whose positions are known and guaranteed to hyper-harm the nation even faster than is occurring now.

Trump's biggest fault is that he's not extreme *enough*.

I'll say this - if Trump will get anything done in his Presidency, it would be building a wall. Trump understand symobolism. He knows it will be known as the Trump Wall forever. And we know he loves to see his name on stuff - literally and figuratively.

And the wall won't stop illegal immigration (just ask 9 out of 10 people who take come here from Lagos Nigeria).... But it will slow the tide.

Let's see what happens. During the week of January 23, in between impeachment hearings (I'm sure the zero-party has articles pre-drafted already) Trump ought to be busy signing executive orders canceling all of Obama's executive orders. This is something he can do immediately and unilaterally, and if he does so, it will be a sign that he intends to make good on his intentions.

During that same week, President Clinton would repeal the 2nd Amendment, President Cruz would sign the Trans Pacific Partnership into law, President Sanders would institute a single 100% tax bracket for everyone, and President French would repeal the 1st Amendment.

Obama has less executive orders than most of his recent predecessors, so don't act like Obama is the worst offender.

I am glad that you finally realize that Trump isn't going to do what he says.   Do you have excuses set up for the rest of his BS yet?  Here are two common excuses you can use:
1) It is the other parties fault!  (this works for any president)
2) It was those RINOS!!!!1!!!!!

It's a possibility. It's also a possibility that he achieves many of his objectives. We shall see. If he doesn't, I will join you in the Don't Bother Voting Because All Is Already Lost Party. For now, I'm supporting the one candidate who, exclusively, offers any hope at all. Only Hitler would choose otherwise.

Cruz NEVER supported the TPP. He also is the only candidate who said he would undo all of Obama's Executive Orders.

You may be thinking of the TPA - which he initially supported. The TPP, once its secret negotiations were seen, he came out vehemently against, as it didn't promote American interests.

TPA was authorization for Obama to fast-track the TPP. Cruz had every intention of supporting the TPP, at the behest of his puppetmasters at Goldman Sachs.
When it became clear to everyone that TPP was bad news and Cruz intended to support it, he tried to walk it back, like the weasel he is, by claiming that he thought Obama's intentions were all sweet and rainbowy.

IG - do you have a Trump talking points feed into Uncensored? You're supporting a guy who has flip-flopped in the same speech, and you're calling out Cruz?!?

Cruz said pretty plainly:

As a general matter, I agree (as did Ronald Reagan) that free trade is good for America; when we open up foreign markets, it helps American farmers, ranchers, and manufacturers. But TPA in this Congress has become enmeshed in corrupt Washington backroom deal-making, along with serious concerns that it would open up the potential for sweeping changes in our laws that trade agreements typically do not include.

Like I said, Cruz's loyalty is to Goldman Sachs, and Goldman Sachs only. GS even pays a whore named Heidi to sleep with him in exchange for political favors.
