Poo. Buddhism would have more people involved with it if they included ninjas in their philosophy.

"If you see Buddha, flip out and kill him."

I just finished reading the salmon of doubt.
Nothing like a cliffhanger that you know will never be finished.

Does anyone here read the Fantasy and Science Fiction magazine? (And read from the September issue "Peter Skilling"?
)

Has anyone read Stephen Coonts' Saucer : The Conquest yet? It's good. Grelf may like this novel, the villain is a crazy Frenchman who threatens the earth with a moon based particle beam weapon.

  • "Fevre Dream", George RR Martin. Very good story and characterisation.
  • "Norweigan Wood", Haruki Murukami. Pretty good read but a little depressing. I reimagined the ending to cope.
  • "American Gods", Neil Gaiman - Just started this one.

The Eyre Affair. Very funny. Good literature references. Nice mix of science fiction and bits of time travel. The use of a performance of Richard III like Rocky Horror with audience participation hurt me.

The BBC has announced its new radio production of Life, the Universe, and Everything, featuring much of the cast of the original Hitchhiker's radio series. Thank goodness for online radio streams! http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/hitchhikers/
