Mystee: Cool. Glad I could be of some help. Here's a static link:

In general, I think starting from the West Side is a good way to navigate Indianapolis. But then again, I'm from there so maybe that's just my bias. :)

We're off exit 52 on 465, so kind of southwest... between 65 and 74 it looks like.

Hmm...given that 11 is the airport, and that's on the southwest corner, I think you're looking more at the southeast corner.

Navigation seemed good from there. I don't recommend staying *anywhere* within a hundred miles during Race Week however..their rates nearly triple.

Oops, southeast is what I meant... ;)

That's closer to me, anyhow...I'm off of exit 37.

Okay, Jason and Tim (Bronco) and I are around on Saturday, it would be cool to go out to lunch someplace with a bunch of people (maybe someplace over by Mike, so Mike, if you can think of anyplace, feel free to suggest it as I'm not a local and don't know what is around.) I've talked to Ken and will be giving him a call too so I think that we can rule out Hard Rock Cafe. ;) But I don't care... downtown or out by you guys is fine. We're probably going to hit the mall downtown anyhow so I can get more Sesame Street cookies at the bakery downstairs (those are my favorite!) So Mike (and anyone else) let me know. (I'll call Mike and Ken when I get into town, probably Saturday morning since we'll be arriving fairly late on Friday evening.) Anyone who's around feel free to drop me a mail on here or post in here or something. :)

Okay, for anyone who has a Saturn in the Indy area, I happened to drive by Saturn of Fishers yesterday and the service department was still open. They fixed my antenna problem and washed my car and they were super nice even though I showed up a half hour before they closed. So I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who owns a Saturn. :) (And did I mention it was free?
Not that they had to do that much but still. They were so nice and free car washes at any Saturn dealer is a nice benefit. :) )

I figured you might since it's apparently not too far from where you live.

Alan picked up a Saturn Vue recently. It is pretty nice. It only has a 4 cyl. engine, but it seems to move pretty well. He ins't thrilled with the Gas Millage on it though.

I'm on my third Saturn, and when I sell it to my kid brother, I'm probably going to pick up a Saturn Vue (currently, I have an SL2).

I don't think the car I have, now, gets as good gas mileage as the previous ones we've had, though.

My sister has the Vue which she loves. I have an SL2. Mine is a 1999, I think hers is a 2003. :)

My SL2 is an '01. We've had a '95 SL and a '96 SL2. Never had any major problems...though I do know a few people who have.

Saturns are known to have head/valve problems but that's the only major design flaw I've heard of. It's due to the low profile requiring a short engine.
Rather than lean it oer more they cut the head height which meant short valves which reduced the bushing length which cut reliability.

I have no idea if current Saturn 4-cylinder engines still suffer thusly.

What year(s) had that problem, Curly?

I know someone who's got a 99 (same year as I have) and he's got 175K miles on it and it still runs like new. I was like, WOW. That made me happy to find out, right after I bought the thing. :)
