I'm finally learning to recognize different cars, more than just different colors. We recently started a car rental company in Monsey, NY, together with a partner who had the capital and the idea but no time to run another business. I have no idea how many cars there are, but I am starting to see a difference between Hondas and Toyotas and Acuras and Infinitys and stuff. I like the Smart Car best, because it's easiest to recognize on sight. And if you like getting attention from other drivers and pedestrians, there's nothing like the Smart Car. Everyone kind of stares at it.

I hate the Smart car, mainly because it's too hard to see.

I hate Smart Cars because their drivers very often behave as if they were playing Tom & Jerry.

From a Car-Drivers position, they're to small (next to no trunk), underpowered, and their weels are that close together that they drop into holes on highways which a regular sedan

I recently drove a Citroen C1 (which is similar to a Toyota aygo or Peugot 121) and I sort of liked it. Its just 30 cm longer than a smart, but has a trunk, and 4 seats.

Living in South Florida and the large Spanish speaking population puts on a whole other meaning to that Ford automobile. With a Spanish
accent it is pronounced "Ford f*ck us"

I think I rented a Focus a few times, I was pleasantly surprised by what a nice car it was.

Never thought of pronouncing it that way...

It's exactly what I need in a car, big enough that it's comfortable with 2 adults and 2 kids, not too squishy for a 3rd kid, enough cargo room for groceries and such, and yet small enough that I don't feel like it's a waste to drive 2 miles to drop off my daughter (Gas is $8/gallon here, so fuel efficiency is a very high priority)

Engine works. It gets a little sluggish on hills, but not terrible.

Reasonably comfy.

Fit our budget.

all's well.

Just saw a 1988 Jaguar with a Chevy 350 in it and a Turbo 700R4. Nice ride.
Looking at it you'd never know it wasn't stock - that is until the sub 6.0 blast to 60. Awesome.

With fuel in short supply over the last week, I'm happy to be driving my little 4-cylinder 'bishi. If I just stick to my commute and not much else, I can just about squeeze two weeks out of a fill-up.

$8 effing bucks a gallon here...

I wish I could've bought a prius, but they're too expensive.

Fuck cars (hybrids especially), buy a motorcycle if you want an
efficient "green" vehicle.

45 gallons of fuel in the garage will last me the whole damn summer with
the dirt bike.

Not Ninja proof but an interesting idea. Tire chains that deploy with a flip of a switch... while the vehicle is moving.
