right, there's lots of places that give you plans, but if you send them an email saying "does it come with an architects stamp" they all say no.

Hmm... seems kind of pointless on their part, then.

Dunno what to say, then.

In most jurisdictions you don't need approval unless the foundation is permanent.
Just use cinderblocks atop the ground and avoid socialist intervention.

Then try putting it on skids and claim that it's portable.

I'm sure the socialists will want to think of it as a deck rather than a gazebo, even though it won't be attached to the house. They're going to enforce all of the same rules.

Maybe really big wooden wheels? Claim it's part of a wagon train?

I like the wood wheels!

not if I didn't drive it on the roads.
it would be an off-road-moto-gazebo

Legally, then, you would want it to be categorized as a camper/trailer type of vehicle. I'm pretty sure you can keep those sitting around in your yard without any special permits.

Maybe even put a trailer hitch on it just for effect :)

I'm at my wit's end.

I need a good kitchen remodeler.  The more people I interview, the more discouraged I get.

My daily dining room floor exploded this afternoon.

exploded?? That's not so good.

Using nitrogen triiodide as tile adhesive is not normally a good idea.

...when you say exploded, what exactly do you mean?
