Damn it.... Wrong room. I hate WebCit...... Somebody please move that last one to Shutterbugs.
Nice! The traffic and the full-size church one are interesting, like the lights and shadows...

Some IR pics I took yesterday......
Nice pics, but I was under the impression that "IR" meant infrared.
Does "IR" have some meaning, in Germany, that means black and white?
You can do IR in color (which is weird) and black and white.
These aren't the greatest examples.... I'll post some more later.
The best IR photos tend to be on bright sunny days, with a few clouds. The sky turns black, the grass and trees are white. It's very dramatic.
Flash, and incandescent bulbs are also IR sources.....
The CCD's in digital cameras are IR sensitive, but not at the wavelengths to see "heat", just out of the visible spectrum IR.
I'm a newbie here and don't know how to look at the photos posted to this room.
You need to use WebCit to view them.
Log in to https://uncensored.citadel.org with your browser and view them that way.
A belated thanks for the tips.
No linux yet.
I connect via telnet, so I'll go over to the web to see if I can get a gander at those pics.

Amazing what happens when you stick Jews in the desert.
